Hi guys,

I thought it would be awesome to hold a monhtly raffle for cool prizes, so I've organised a trial one. If this is successful and I don't make too bad a loss, I'll upgrade the prizes each month until we can get like a Navy Raven for xmas.

For now, the prize is a FULL SET OF GALLENTE FRIGATE BPCs. You can make 30 of each ship at dirt cheap, which will help new players with ships or income. The prize is waiting in Oursulaert for the winner.

It works as follows: 50k a ticket, you can buy a max of 20 so that rich members can't get an advantage. The draw will take place at the end of July, by getting people into a chat room and choosing random numbers simultaneously, adding them and getting a modulus to determine a winning ticket number. In English, that means a guaranteed random winner, with no possible fraud. Deposits to my account should contain the explanation "BURN RAFFLE". You'll get ticket numbers in return.
